Return Information for UK Customers

We understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit, and so for whatever reason, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received
within two working days of receipt of merchandise.


For a refund

  • Customers with in United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt of merchandise.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.
  • We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging for the item you ordered (i.e. Received the wrong length, packaging error, or any defective Items).
  • Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
  • Please be aware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn, removed security tape or tampered product.

Important Note

  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will process the refund with in 24-48 hours.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

For an Exchange

  • You are free to exchange the colour as many times as you wish provided that the product is not used/worn or tampered with.
  • If you have received a wrong colour and not sure what colour to exchange it for, you can send your own hair snippet or sample along with the returning item and our hair experts will try their best to match it for you.
  • If you want to change the length/product then you can return the set along with the POSTAL ORDER/BANK DRAFT payable to ROSIE’S ACCESSORIES LIMITED for the difference, if applicable.
  • If you have received a wrong product/ not suitable/ not as expected and you are not sure what product you should exchange it for then please contact us.

Human Hair Extensions

For hygiene reasons, human hair cannot be re-sold or returned if the security tag/strip has been removed or tampered with. Removed or tampered security strips strictly voids any return of your item.

As it is not possible to replicate exact colour matches and textures accurately in web and/or print media, colours shown on this website are representative only and can vary from the actual product colours.

The consultation, selection of hair or cosmetic based products, application of extensions, aftercare advice given/heeded, selection and use of products by the salon or client are all factors beyond our control and these factors fall within the jurisdiction of the salon/client contract and are thus the absolute responsibility of the salon and therefore, not Rosie’s Accessories.

Security Tape

Security tape maybe attached to your item. If the security tape is removed or tampered with, this will void your return for this item.
Security tape is placed on certain items usually for hygiene reasons e.g. human hair extensions, wigs and contact lenses.


Once you have placed an online order through this website and it has been accepted by Rosie’s Accessories, you have up to 7 days to cancel the order in writing providing the order has not been packed & posted.

Processed order items are usually packed within a 24 hour period.
Please note, order cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please Note : Cosmetic products are strictly non- returnable due to Health & Safety (All Make-Up Items).
